Welcome to Supply24. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments made through the Supply24 B2B eCommerce platform. By placing an order on Supply24, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Supply24 accepts the following payment methods:

UPI

Credit Cards

Debit Cards

Net Banking

IMPS / NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfers

Approved Business Credit Terms (for eligible customers only)

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.

2. Advance Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Partial Payment

Supply24 may offer a partial payment option for eligible orders. The availability of partial payment depends on factors such as the delivery distance, delivery location, serviceability, order value, and other internal business criteria.

If the partial payment option is available for your order:

An advance payment must be made to confirm the order.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment terms displayed during checkout or before delivery, as applicable.

Supply24 reserves the right to enable or disable the partial payment option for any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Orders that are not eligible for partial payment will require full payment before dispatch.

3. Credit Terms

Approved business customers may receive credit facilities based on Supply24's internal evaluation.

Credit terms are subject to approval.

Payment due dates will be specified on the invoice.

Supply24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

4. Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated on the product page.

Shipping, handling charges and applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Supply24 reserves the right to revise product prices without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

5. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after:

Successful payment authorization, or

Approval of credit terms (where applicable).

Supply24 reserves the right to cancel or reject any order if payment verification fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued after the order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST information while placing orders.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails:

The order will remain pending until payment is successfully completed.

Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of the order.

8. Late Payments

For customers purchasing on approved credit:

Payments must be made on or before the due date.

Supply24 reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by applicable law.

Future orders may be placed on hold until all outstanding balances are cleared.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing generally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or the customer's bank.

10. Payment Security

Supply24 uses secure payment processing systems to help protect customer payment information. Payment transactions are processed through authorized payment partners using industry-standard security measures.

11. Fraud Prevention

Supply24 reserves the right to:

Verify customer identity.

Request additional business documentation.

Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

Report fraudulent transactions to the appropriate authorities where required.

12. Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your payment or invoice, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve genuine payment disputes as quickly as possible.

13. Changes to this Policy

Supply24 reserves the right to amend or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Supply24 website.
